Refund policy
Overview
NY-Construction is committed to providing quality construction services, equipment, and materials. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.
Construction and Engineering Services
Due to the nature of construction and engineering services:

Deposits paid for completed work are non-refundable.

Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered where NY-Construction is unable to commence agreed services for reasons within our control.
Project-specific contracts may contain separate refund provisions which shall take precedence.
Equipment and Machinery Sales
Equipment, trucks, tractors, and machinery may be eligible for return if:

A return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery.

The equipment remains unused and in substantially the same condition as delivered.

All documentation and accessories are returned.
Inspection will be conducted before approval.
Construction Materials
Construction materials may be returned within 7 days of delivery provided that:

Materials are unused.

Packaging remains intact.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Special-order, customized, or bulk-procured materials are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
Customers should inspect deliveries immediately upon receipt.
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon verification, NY-Construction may provide:

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
Processing times may vary depending on banking institutions and payment providers.
